“two questions, do you even know where we are going, and why aren't you melting in the sun?” Kate laughs at the question and keeps sprinting.
“first, you will see once we reach it. second, vampires have evolved past that, just like how werewolves evolved past the full moon transformations. any more questions josh?” i tilt my head and ask one that i have been wondering since we left the castle.
“do i change back after time, or do i have to change my self back.”
“you have to change back. if you really wanted to, you could be werewolf for the rest of your life, even though i would not suggest that.&rdquo
i awake to the clanking sound of more bars being heaved open. i turn over and try to ignore the begs and cries, but i am forced to jump out of bed when Kate notices i am awake. “so, how many kids have they taken so far today?”
with a sarcastic laugh, she says, “ to many.” laying back in her cell, she looks me square in the eyes. “i can tell you're worried, thats good, it shows that you care.” she sighs, and when she hears the door close, she leans toward the bars. “wish i was a werewolf, then i could show you how to turn.” she laughs, “god knows we can use a developed werewolf.”

“Alex.” the name slips past my throat with a whisper. Ever since we had escaped from prison I have awaken with nightmares full of him. He promised to meet up at the old pond, but I couldn’t stay there too long, on account of they still had dogs searching for us. The fact he was not there brought up concern in me.
I slung my trusted messenger bag over my shoulder and leapt from the sturdy pine. Right now the best thing for me to do was get some distance between me and the dogs. I used to know all the dogs, not personally, but by name. I knew Delilah had a limp in her back left leg. Samson despises moving, at all. Bear; who wa
Dying can't be hard; it seems to happen a lot. I stumble over my shackled legs, wincing as the metal contracts on my ankle. I regain my composure and let myself get led down the dank hall, death waiting on the other side. “Belos, the grand leader of the rebellion thought you would be” the guard looked me down “stronger.” He lodges his spear in between the shackles, sending me to the floor.
i twist my legs and rip the spear from his arms. pushing my self up, i do a flip and grab his weapon out from my feet. almost instinctually, i slid the spear into the sergals chest and rip a good piece out of him.

i don't believe her, i never changed, i never killed people. how could i be a werewolf. i guess i am in here, but it must be a mistake.
“you believe that? you believe they exist?”
“ of course i do, why wouldn't i?”
i laugh at her, not to be mean or anything, but it sounds like something she made up. her mind is probably protecting her against what is really happening here, some murderer is up there, killing those kids, and we are nothing but helpless individuals, simple as that.
guess laughing at her didn't help. she turned around and didn't talk to me for a good hour, shrugging off anything i would try to say.

pain shoots through my back, and out my head. it feels like someone threw me in the back of a bus and floored it, sending me flying this way and that.
i raise my hands and rub the tired away from my eyes. i throw myself from my bed and lazily walk my self to the sink. i splash my face with water, that unusually smells or iron, and dry my face off with my shirt.
i was then suddenly greeted by a voice, “good morning sleepy head, finally awake.”
“how did you get in my,” i open my eyes and notice something weird. instead of my comfy bed, nightstand and next door bathroom, i opened my eyes on what seems to be a cell.

“are they keeping steady?”
“no signs of fatigue, but as you image drawing this much magic is troublesome. the more the energy, the more rest they need to get, and food they need to eat.”
“thats not a problem here, all i want to know is if its still going.”
“yes, its even better than anyone of use could've imagined.”
Dovor dropped his head into his arms, he was beginning to feel tired. he had been here with his associates since sun rise. talking about things of importance from the decline of cattle, to the wariness of their mages. they needed that magic, with out it, there plane would crumble.

Chapter 2
Karri's POV
"What's that? Oh, and that! What about over there?" Kronos points at a hundred things at once, making it hard for Lethe and I to keep our cool.
"Kronos! Shut up! That's a tree, that's a cricket, and that... I don't actually know what that is. Not sure if I want to," I take a step away from the fur ball of an animal.
"I know what that is! It's called a skunk!" Lethe proudly says.
"How do you know that?"
"I know people..." He looks around guiltily. "How do YOU know all this stuff?" Lethe sticks a finger in my face.
I twist his arm and push him away, my arms remaining crossed the entire time. "In my first few ye

Cloud Nine! +Chapter One+
In this world, there are people who are helpless and who cower in fear, people who help, but mostly fail, and then there are the mutants. The needles with separate, God-knows-what injections that fit each of their needs are inserted, each a few seconds apart, into the forearms of Kronos 1 F and Lethe 2 W. A firey, liquid magma substance is injected into Kronos, a fire samurai, born in the very core of this Earth. In his attempt
